Although websites are the primary focus of this website, I would like to share some of the construction work accomplished in the past year. It will show the determination and pride that goes into the work.
Flipping houses is also something that is done here at ROBBIGRAS.COM. As you will see below in order of dates, 2007's projects included the facelift, then the house flip, and last my personal camp. If you know of someone wanting or selling their house with some work to be done, feel free to contact me.
This work was done in June of 07. The owner was looking at making the well needed facelift in order to bring up the value of his property. The contract consisted of removing all front windows, doors, siding and rotten wall. To reframe the walls, insert new insulation, vapour barrier, drywall and mud, and install new siding.

In July of 07, the house was purchased and ready to start the demolition. General house work included new plumbing, removal of copper drains and replacing with ABS. Some newly added plugs and wiring including a new 100amp service. House sold with conditions of inspection, which passed with no additional worked required.
The work consisted of removing the entrance wall, moving the bathroom wall, and enlarging the current bedroom door wider in order to convert into a dining room. Install new drywall, mud, paint. New kitchen cabinets were installed. Complete new washroom. New ceramic tiles were installed in the bathroom, entrance and kitchen. Porcelain tiles were used in the front porch due to drastic temperature changes.
The upstairs was in good shape, it only required new laminate flooring, drywall mud touch ups and paint. Stairs also received new laminate flooring.
Wow, all new. Work began with subfloor, then framing of walls, installed drywall and mud, painted. A completely new bathroom was installed. Laminate flooring was installed and then all new baseboard to complete the final step.
New roofing shingles, siding soffit, fascia and side deck on the garage. Some landscaping was done and an added railing on the current entrance deck.

Camp was started in Oct 07. We completed the shell before the winter cold days. The interior work was being done throughout the winter heated by a wood stove. All finished work inside was handmade, cupboards, trim, baseboard and corner joint mouldings.
Camp is nearly done. Soffit, fascia and siding to go on as soon as time permits. Screen porch will also be added as time permits.
